Personnel Consultant (m/f)

Your tasks

• You show our customers in industry, technology and construction how they can achieve success through our high-quality personnel services
• You recruit new employees in the sectors of industry, technology and construction, coordinate their assignments and support our fitters in various deployment companies at home and abroad
• You advise our customers, develop ideal personnel solutions with them, assist with project implementation and acquire new customers

Your profile

• You have a Swiss Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification, preferably in a craft or technical profession
• You have experience in the disposition and sales of services, especially in the personnel sector
• You are flexible, used to working independently and ready to take responsibility
• You impress with your appearance and are confident in negotiations
• You have command of the German language, both spoken and written, and preferably knowledge of French and/or English
• You hold a driving licence, at least category B
