IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 115,000Role:
As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will manage diverse IT environments of SME clients and ensure the reliable operation of modern client, server, and network infrastructures. In addition to ongoing support, your responsibilities include the introduction of new solutions, cloud technologies, and migration projects.
Responsibilities:
Management of client, server, network, and internet environments for SME clients
Installation, configuration, and implementation of IT systems and security solutions
Operation and further development of Microsoft 365 and other cloud solutions
Planning and execution of on-premise/cloud migrations
Conducting support assignments on-site as well as via telephone and remote access
Analysis and resolution of technical faults
Support in the further development of existing customer infrastructures
Qualifications:
Completed training as IT specialist EFZ system technology or comparable qualification
Good knowledge of Microsoft client, server, Office, and Microsoft 365
Experience with Hyper-V and virtualised environments
Good knowledge of network, firewall, VPN, and VLAN
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Team player with quick integration into existing teams
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as English skills
Driving licence Category B
