CIE Manager for CFC Railway Transport Agents

As a training partner of the SBB, BLS, RhB, the Public Transport Union (UTP) and more than 80 other companies active in or close to the mobility sector, login professional training Ltd organises apprenticeships, internships and supplementary training aligned with the market for around 2100 trainees in more than 35 different professions.

On behalf of the UTP, login organises the inter-company courses (CIE) for the apprenticeship of CFC railway transport agents. For the apprenticeship start on 1 August 2026, we are looking for a

What you can influence:

• Qualification of CFC railway transport agent apprentices within the framework of the CIE as well as their preparation for their employment at the training company
• Individual planning of the preparation and monitoring of the CIE (e.g. documentation of apprentices' performance within the framework of competency checks)
• Development of methodological and social skills as well as support for apprentices according to the situation
• Active utilisation of your own professional experience in the field of public transport (PT)

What you bring:

• Completed apprenticeship as a category A40 motor vehicle driver and at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of PT
• Completion of the FSEA certificate or an equivalent didactic training, or willingness to undertake such training.
• Initiative and communicative personality, already having experience as a trainer or in another training-related activity
• Enjoy working with young people
• Methodological and didactic skills, as well as a confident and professional attitude
