IT Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Comprehensive administration and optimisation of IT environments with direct customer support on-site as well as via remote services
Implementation of IT projects such as system modernisation, data migrations, and efficiency improvements of existing infrastructures
Participation in service operations with a focus on fault analysis, change management, and problem solving
Individual customer consulting on suitable technology solutions and close collaboration in the sales process
Ensuring smooth project workflows through clear structures, open communication, and the use of current IT tools
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or equivalent qualification with recognised certifications from leading manufacturers
Extensive expertise in system architectures, especially in the context of SME infrastructures
Many years of experience with Microsoft Server technologies, device management, networks, virtualisation solutions, and Microsoft 365 including Azure Cloud
Strongly developed service orientation and entrepreneurial mindset, combined with an interest in process optimisation and automation
Fluent language skills in German and French, both spoken and written
