Technical Software Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You manage and control several existing customers around productive software solutions and are the central contact person for concerns, changes, and escalations.
You coordinate customers, product owners, development, and other internal departments, prioritise requirements, and drive topics forward in a structured manner.
You plan and control further developments and change projects while keeping an eye on deadlines, risks, dependencies, and resources.
You apply your technical understanding from software development specifically to the management of customer mandates and projects.
If necessary, you take over the management of individual new projects and accompany them from planning to implementation.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in software development and subsequently many years of experience in leading or managing software projects and customer mandates.
You understand technical contexts and can confidently mediate between development, specialist departments, product ownership, and customers.
You are used to managing several customers and topics in parallel and maintaining an overview even in complex situations.
You have a strong sense of priorities, risks, and realistic planning and convince through reliability and communication skills.
You have very good German and English skills; French and/or Italian skills are a plus.
