Clerk Export & Order Processing (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 89,700Our client is an established Swiss specialist in international mechanical and plant engineering and develops high-performance production systems for demanding industrial applications. Role:
In this role, you take on a central position in international order and export processing and accompany deliveries from enquiry to dispatch.
You combine customer contact, export administration and transport coordination, ensuring that orders are processed completely, on time and in compliance with regulations. You can expect a varied range of tasks with a lot of personal responsibility, flexible working conditions and a collegial environment.
Responsibilities:
You manage international orders from quotation to shipping
You prepare shipping, export and customs documents
You organise and coordinate international deliveries
You ensure compliance with relevant customs and transport regulations
You coordinate appointments with customers, freight forwarders and internal departments
You contribute to the optimisation of export and logistics processes
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or technical basic education with further training in export or foreign trade
You have experience in export processing
You are familiar with customs and export regulations
You communicate fluently in German and well in English
You work independently, in a structured and customer-oriented manner
