Automation Technician in Industrial Plant Construction (m/f/d)

For our renowned business partner, a world-leading technology company in high-tech and coating plant construction in the Wohlen (AG) region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and committed Automation Technician in Plant Construction for a Try & Hire (with option for permanent employment).

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Professional wiring of customer-specific new plants in surface technology
• Independent assembly and professional cabling of control cabinets according to applicable standards and electrical diagrams
• Cross-departmental collaboration with engineering and assembly within the scope of plant projects
• Independent analysis and resolution of technical challenges and faults
• Support during commissioning and testing of high-tech coating plants
• Active contribution to the continuous development of processes and technical solutions

Must-Haves

• Completed basic training as an Automation Technician EFZ, Electrician / Electrical Installer EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in industrial plant construction or control cabinet construction
• Sound knowledge in reading and applying electrical diagrams
• High reliability, resilience as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

Nice-to-Haves

• User knowledge in SAP and MS Office
• Experience in special machine construction or in surface and vacuum technology
