In collaboration with our client, a modern fiduciary company in the Bern region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Mandate Manager Fiduciary 80-100%. Your tasks with the new employer

• You independently manage your own client portfolio and accompany mandates from establishment to long-term advice on financial and business management issues
• The preparation of interim and annual financial statements as well as tax returns for natural and legal persons is part of your versatile area of responsibility
• You actively participate in digitalisation projects, process optimisations, and the introduction of new tools, contributing your own ideas
• As a sparring partner, you support clients and the internal team with your expertise and contribute to the further development of the company

You offer your new employer

• Further training in fiduciary services or in finance and accounting with a federal diploma forms the professional basis for this position
• You bring several years of practical experience in fiduciary services as well as enjoyment in advising and supporting clients
• Confident German language skills and a secure handling of Microsoft 365 are among your strengths; experience with Abacus and Dr. Tax is an advantage, and English skills facilitate communication in a versatile environment
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a solution-oriented working style characterise you, and you convince through team spirit and enthusiasm for actively driving change
