• Development and further development of integration solutions and APIs based on MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, and other modern integration technologies
• Analysis, design, and implementation of integration requirements together with business and IT departments
• Participation in complex integration projects from conception to production deployment
• Consulting project teams and stakeholders on integration and architecture issues
• Development of APIs, integration components, and, if necessary, custom extensions with Java
• Involvement in the operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our integration platforms
• Support in ensuring stability, performance, security, and observability
• Participation in 3rd-level support as well as technical analysis and resolution of complex incidents
• Active shaping of engineering standards, best practices, and automation
• Knowledge transfer within the team as well as support and coaching of colleagues

What sets you apart

• Several years of professional experience as an Integration Engineer, Software Engineer, or Solution Engineer in complex enterprise environments
• Solid experience with integration platforms and iPaaS solutions, ideally with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, etc.)
• Very good knowledge of API design (REST, SOAP, event-driven architecture), microservices, and modern integration architectures
• Good programming skills in Java or a comparable object-oriented language
• Several years of experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, security, monitoring, observability, and modern operating models
• Good SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Strong initiative, analytical thinking, and a structured way of working
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and active development of technologies, processes, and team know-how
• Higher education in computer science (HF, FH, university, or equivalent)
