An exciting combination of leadership and technology: We are looking for a Senior System Engineer who not only manages complex Microsoft environments but also takes responsibility for a committed infrastructure team and actively shapes the further development of the IT landscape.
Responsibilities:
Assuming technical leadership of a small team in the workplace and Windows infrastructure area
Designing and further developing a modern Microsoft system landscape
Responsibility for stable, secure and efficient IT services
Supporting the team with technical challenges and assisting in finding solutions
Planning and implementing lifecycle, migration and optimisation projects
Analysing existing processes and introducing efficient improvements
Further developing automations with modern tools such as PowerShell
Contributing to cloud and modern workplace topics in the Microsoft environment
Ensuring high service quality through clear processes and standards
Actively shaping the technical strategy and future infrastructure architecture
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience as a system engineer in the Microsoft environment
Experience in managing and further developing Windows infrastructures
Initial leadership experience as a team leader, deputy or technical lead
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Experience with Azure, Intune, endpoint management or hybrid cloud environments is an advantage
Enjoyment in communicating technical topics clearly and supporting employees
Independent and structured working style with a strong quality orientation
Solution-oriented personality with a sense of responsibility
Interest in modern technologies such as cloud computing, automation and security-by-design
