Access management, modern cloud technologies and professional IT support are your daily environment? We are looking for a committed professional who efficiently manages identities and permissions and actively helps ensure the secure operation of modern Microsoft platforms.
Responsibilities:
Management and optimisation of user and permission concepts in Microsoft Entra ID
Support of modern identity and access management solutions (IAM)
Handling complex support requests in 2nd and 3rd level support
Analysis and resolution of issues in the Microsoft cloud environment
Management of user accounts, groups, roles and conditional access policies
Support in the implementation of zero-trust and security concepts
Participation in projects related to Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and hybrid identity
Automation of recurring administrative tasks with PowerShell
Documentation of processes and continuous optimisation of support workflows
Collaboration with internal departments to improve security and user-friendliness
Qualifications:
Education in computer science or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in professional IT support
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365
Experience in identity and access management as well as permission management
Knowledge of conditional access, multi-factor authentication and single sign-on
Experience with Microsoft Intune or hybrid identity solutions is an advantage
Analytical thinking and structured working style
Enthusiasm for cloud security and modern Microsoft technologies
