Planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects in the areas of cloud, network, and telephony
Technical support for sales & presales during the offer phase
Support of the service desk in 2nd-level support after commissioning
Execution of move, add & change services
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ or equivalent IT further education
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Resilient, responsible, and team-oriented personality in a dynamic environment
Quick comprehension as well as structured and independent working style
Very good German and English skills spoken and written
