Project Planner Sanitary & BIM (m/f/d)

Role:
Our client is a modern planning company for demanding building technology projects. You take responsibility in sanitary planning, coordinate projects from conception to handover, and actively shape digital planning processes.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate sanitary projects independently
Create project, execution, and tender documents
Technically and organisationally coordinate project participants
Assess variants, costs, and economic efficiency
Ensure quality during planning and execution
Professionally accompany acceptances and commissioning
Qualifications:
Training as a building services planner EFZ sanitary
Professional experience in sanitary planning
Knowledge of heating and ventilation technology is an advantage
Interest in BIM and digital planning methods
Confident handling of MS Office
Independent and solution-oriented working style
