Commercial Employee Internal Sales & Export 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Responsibilities:
Handling import and export orders including necessary documentation
Coordination with freight forwarders and logistics partners for international deliveries
Support with orders, invoices and returns in internal sales
Maintenance of customer and order data in the ERP system
Preparation of evaluations, documents and other administrative materials
Written processing of customer enquiries and internal correspondence
Taking on deputising duties within the team
Participation in process optimisations and improvements in daily business
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
Practical knowledge in internal sales or a comparable commercial environment
Initial experience in export processing is an advantage
Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ideally an ERP system
Independent and reliable working style
Team-oriented personality with initiative and resilience
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
Good English and French skills desired
