We are looking for our Sustainable Building division in St. Gallen or Frauenfeld for a Building Contaminant Diagnostician as Project Manager 80-100%.

Your Responsibilities

• Inspection of buildings and infrastructure constructions regarding building contaminants, conducting surveys and sampling of materials suspected to contain contaminants

• Leading, coordinating, processing and cost control of own projects and associated third-party services

• Evaluating analysis results and preparing building contaminant reports

• Preparing tender documents and quantity take-offs

• Specialist planning and site management of building contaminant remediation within the scope of renovation and demolition work

• Participation in further multidisciplinary projects (depending on suitability and interest)

Your Profile

• You have completed your technical training and/or further education in the construction industry, e.g. as an architect, construction technician HF; civil or environmental engineer

• Several years of professional experience in building construction, knowledge of building structures and construction processes are prerequisites for this position

• You have completed further training in "Building Contaminant Diagnostics" and professional experience as a building contaminant diagnostician is an advantage

• Ideally, you have an additional expertise in a related field such as waste management, landfill planning, knowledge regarding PFAS, or are willing to develop such expertise

• You express yourself fluently in German, both orally and in writing

• You hold a category B1 driving licence

• Your precise and independent working style, your high quality awareness, flexibility, assertiveness and negotiation skills distinguish you

• Enjoyment of the challenges of a construction site and dealing with people complete your profile
