Senior System Engineer (m/f/d)

- Operation and further development: Management and optimisation of the ICT infrastructure (clients, servers, network, VMware).
- Project management: Sub-project management and participation in IT projects.
- Supplier management: Contact person for hardware and software suppliers.
- International support: Support of IT departments at international locations.
- IT standards: Responsibility for IT standards in infrastructure and security.
- Security concepts: Development and implementation of security architectures and solutions.
- Microsoft 365 cloud administration: Management of Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Support: Assistance in 1st/2nd level support.
Qualifications:
- Education: Completed training as an IT specialist in system technology (HF/FH).
- Microsoft knowledge: Solid experience with Windows Server, SCCM, MS-SQL, M365, Azure.
- Virtualisation: Experience with server virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware) and Windows domain.
- Hybrid environment: Knowledge of on-premise and cloud environments.
- Network: Network know-how in routing, security, switching, and WLAN.
- PowerShell: Experience in PowerShell and network management (TCP/IP, firewall).
- Language skills: Business fluent in German and English.
