Buffet waiter / waitress

Mandated by one of our clients, a 5* hotel located in Geneva, we are looking for:

-mandatory hotel training, additional barman qualification a plus
-proven experience in one or more high-capacity establishments
-sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills
-languages: French + English mandatory (min B2), another language an asset
-able to integrate quickly into a team
-immediately available - preparation of hot and cold drinks during service
-preparation of desserts
-cleaning of the bar and equipment
-management of stocks of spirits, soft drinks and wines (knowledge of Swiss wines)
-compliance with current hygiene standards
-welcoming and informing customers in French and English
-hours according to schedule with breaks, continuous shifts, rotating rest days
-salary over 13 months according to CCNT
-able to manage a large volume and high capacity
