Role:
As a Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d), you will look after customers, coordinate orders, and ensure reliable handling of administrative sales processes.
Responsibilities:
You will handle customer orders and ensure smooth order processing.
You will support and advise customers by telephone and answer questions about products.
You will take care of maintaining customer and address data.
You will coordinate returns and prepare the associated delivery notes.
You will assist the field service with administrative tasks.
You will contribute to improving service quality and reducing errors.
Qualifications:
You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.
You bring experience in sales administration or customer support.
You enjoy telephone customer contact and convince with a service-oriented working style.
You speak German at a native level and can communicate orally and in writing in English; French is an advantage.
Ideally, you have knowledge of the medical environment.
