Commercial Clerk Export & Order Processing 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is an internationally active Swiss high-tech company focused on the development and manufacture of highly precise technical systems for demanding applications. Responsibilities:
Recording and maintaining export orders in the ERP system
Performing administrative tasks in the area of compliance
Preparing business trips abroad including necessary visas
Organising support for visitors from home and abroad
Managing room contingents and other reservations
Administering access media, keys and badges
Coordinating internal workplace changes and relocations
Processing official notifications based on specified data
Qualifications:
Commercial EFZ qualification and solid professional experience
Experience in administration, internal service or a similar environment
Accurate and efficient completion of administrative tasks
Organisational strength and independent working style
Team-oriented manner with high reliability
Willingness to work fully on site
Confident German and good English skills
French is an additional qualification
