Clerk Order Processing & Export 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Responsibilities:
You process customer orders from order receipt to invoicing.
You advise interested parties by phone and support active sales.
You prepare quotations and track their processing status.
For export orders, you take care of the required documents.
Customer service includes providing information, answering queries and general concerns.
You prepare sales documents and product information for use in sales.
You create evaluations and handle ongoing business correspondence.
Additionally, you support the sales management and executive management as well as the maintenance of the exhibition area.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable basic education.
Professional experience in internal sales, customer service or order processing.
Knowledge of export processing is an advantage.
Confident handling of MS Office; experience with SAP Business One is a plus.
Technical understanding as well as interest in furniture and interior design.
Independent and careful working style with reliable task completion.
Communication skills and cooperative teamwork.
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
