Yooji's Manufactory, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite range of sushi, sashimi, and much more. The production site of Two Spice Manufactory is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 staff. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to Yooji's restaurants and stores. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufactory. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri, and vegan delicacies are produced for Coop and are available directly at Coop stores throughout Switzerland. Would you like to become part of our team? Tasks
- Ensuring and monitoring quality and food safety requirements in daily operational business
- Monitoring and supporting microbiological tests, sampling, hygiene monitoring, and the release of raw materials
- Responsibility for product declarations and maintenance of specification data in IT systems
- Participation in new developments, recipe adjustments, and raw material changes
- Management and maintenance of testing equipment
Requirements
- Completed training in the food sector, ideally with further education in quality management or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in quality assurance in a food company, preferably in an FSSC-22000 environment.
- Structured, precise, and independent working style as well as enjoyment of administrative tasks and documentation.
- Confident use of MS Office and willingness to familiarise yourself with QA and documentation systems.
- Good communication and organisational skills as well as a practical understanding of quality and enjoyment of working with various departments.
- Willingness for periodic planned evening or weekend shifts.
