Senior Workplace & Endpoint Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for our modern workplace environment in Switzerland. You operate and further develop Microsoft Intune and SCCM, support 1st-level support, and accompany the transformation towards a modern, cloud-based workplace. At the same time, you bring your experience in automation, standards, and international projects.
Responsibilities:
You manage Microsoft Intune and SCCM and ensure their reliable operation.
You maintain the existing SCCM environment and further develop modern cloud management solutions with Intune and Windows Autopilot.
You support the 1st-level IT supporters as a technical contact person and assist with more complex workplace issues.
You implement corporate requirements and develop appropriate regional standards and best practices from them.
You document processes and ensure that knowledge and standards are sustainably anchored within the team.
You automate and optimise recurring IT and workplace processes.
You work in national and international project groups and actively contribute your technical expertise.
You prepare technical topics in an understandable way and create presentations and reports.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training at EFZ level or higher.
You have more than three years of experience with Microsoft workplace technologies such as Intune and SCCM.
You have experience in automating IT processes.
You can convey technical content clearly and appropriately for the target audience.
You enjoy creating presentations and reports and winning your colleagues over to new solutions.
You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
You enjoy communicating with different stakeholders and feel comfortable in an international environment.
You are willing to travel approximately once per quarter within Europe.
