Construction Manager Timber Construction (m/f/d)

- Management of construction projects in the field of timber construction from planning to completion
- Responsibility for organising and coordinating construction processes on site
- Selection and coordination of subcontractors as well as monitoring construction execution
- Ensuring compliance with construction standards, regulations and quality requirements in timber construction
- Communication with clients, architects and other project participants
- Preparation of construction plans, cost calculations and construction schedules for timber construction projects
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in civil engineering, timber construction or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in timber construction or similar construction projects
- Sound knowledge in planning and implementing timber construction projects
- Experience in coordinating construction processes and dealing with various construction standards
- Familiarity with building regulations, standards and contract law in timber construction
- Strong leadership skills, communication skills and team orientation
- Good German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage
