- Assistant to the Chief Real Estate Officer: Administrative management of the back office, planning, coordination and monitoring of the CREO's appointments and tasks
- Administrative cross-functional role for the management team of RUAG Real Estate: Organisation and execution of meetings, workshops and events including minute-taking and follow-up of pending items
- Business support for the management team: Supporting the management team in day-to-day business and ensuring efficient processes in the back office
- Active participation and leadership in the continuous improvement process of business support within RUAG Real Estate
- Central contact person for internal and external stakeholders
- Hub between CREO, management, employees and external partners
- Collaboration in budget planning, controlling and monitoring of cost centres

- Organisational talent with a structured as well as quality- and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English and French skills
- High digital competence and good knowledge of MS Office
