What is my role?

• Care and maintenance of customer relationships in the book trade and publishing environment

• Order processing from entry to invoicing

• Consultation of bookshops and business partners

• Coordination of orders, deliveries and returns

• Support in sales activities and new customer acquisition

• Preparation of sales analyses and reports

• Close cooperation with publishing house, accounting and logistics

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience in the book trade or publishing is an explicit requirement

• Strong negotiation and communication skills?

• Confident, professional and customer-oriented behaviour

• Deep understanding of the mechanisms of the book and publishing industry

• Independent, structured and responsible working style ?

• Committed, straightforward and with genuine joy in dealing with people
