AI is not just a buzzword for you but a real opportunity to sustainably change companies? You don’t just want to manage existing solutions but help shape an AI landscape from the ground up and anchor it within an organisation?
Then this newly created key position could be just right for you.
You will take on a strategic, company-wide role and sustainably develop the AI landscape of an established Swiss company.
In doing so, you connect strategy, technology, and people: you identify potential, bring AI and automation solutions into implementation, and at the same time ensure that employees understand, support, and actively use the changes.
You can expect a lot of creative freedom – initial AI and automation projects already exist, and now a scalable and sustainable AI strategy is to be developed from them.
Responsibilities:
You develop the AI strategy and AI landscape across various departments.
You take existing AI and automation projects to the next level and identify new potential.
You develop solutions that make processes and services more efficient and more automated.
You deal with topics such as AI, Microsoft Copilot, automation, data, data protection, and information security.
You accompany the organisation through change and develop employees through training and enablement.
You regularly present your strategies and progress at management level.
In the long term, you will build your own AI team and take on its leadership.
Qualifications:
We are deliberately not looking for a purely technical specialist or a classic consultant. What matters is your ability to think AI strategically and bring it into implementation.
Ideally, you bring:
Several years of experience in AI, digitalisation, transformation, or comparable strategic topics
Experience in driving change across various company areas
A good technical understanding of AI, automation, and data
Understanding of data protection and information security
Strategic thinking combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality
Confidence in dealing with management and employees
Very good communication and presentation skills
The ability to inspire people for new technologies and take them on the journey
You do not need to cover every facet of AI yet. More important are seniority, ability to learn, strategic thinking, and the ability to sustainably change an organisation.
