Our client, a recognised player in the luxury watch industry located in the heart of the Neuchâtel mountains, has entrusted us with recruiting their future team members.
As part of strengthening their teams and to meet a long-term need, we are currently seeking a: Logistics Workshop Manager on a fixed-term contract (one year)
Workshop Manager
Your tasks:
- Monitor the availability of components necessary for production, identify shortages or missing items, alert the relevant departments and ensure the update of associated stock movements
- Perform stock entries and exits on SAP, monitor stock levels available in the workshop and participate in physical inventories
- Respond to workshop requests related to manufacturing orders (MO), item references and quantities
- Detect and report discrepancies between computerised and physical stocks, as well as data inconsistencies, to help ensure their regularisation

Your profile:
- Technician-level training or equivalent, in production management and/or logistics
- Significant industrial experience in a production workshop management role
- Proficient with IT tools (MS Office, SAP and production tracking)
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigorous and methodical, with a good team spirit
- Available and possessing excellent listening and communication skills
