About our client

For our client, an internationally active company in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, we are looking for a motivated Solution Supply Specialist (m/f/d). The company stands for state-of-the-art GMP production and plays a leading role in the digitization of manufacturing processes within the life sciences industry.

Your responsibilities

• Perform formulation, sterile filtration and supply of buffers and media for upstream and downstream production
• Carry out weighing and dispensing activities, including raw material staging, material transfers and visual inspections
• Operate, set up and prepare process equipment in line with electronic and paper batch records
• Assist with the assembly, preparation and disassembly of single-use systems as well as classic stainless-steel formulation vessels
• Support cleaning validation cycles, parts washing, autoclave runs and routine equipment maintenance
• Execute critical process sampling, such as pH, conductivity and bioburden, according to approved sampling plans
• Contribute to the authoring and revision of SOPs, sampling plans and departmental procedures in line with GMP and GDocP standards
• Support the rollout, testing and training of digital manufacturing execution systems (MES / electronic batch records)

Your profile

• Completed technical or scientific vocational training, for example as a biotech or chemical laboratory technician, chemical operator, or comparable practical experience
• At least three years of hands-on manufacturing experience in a GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical environment
• Familiarity with both paper-based batch records and electronic systems such as MES, EBR, LIMS or SAP
• Solid, practical knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and ALCOA+ principles
• Experience with single-use systems, parts washers, autoclaves and benchtop analytical instruments
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to deviation investigations
• Professional working proficiency in German and English, spoken and written
• Comfortable working in classified cleanroom environments, including gowning procedures
