Role:
Do you want to actively develop modern work environments and shape a central platform for digital collaboration both technically and strategically? In this role, you are responsible for the further development of SharePoint Online, optimising the Microsoft 365 environment, and ensuring a secure, high-performance, and user-friendly platform.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the operation, configuration, and further development of SharePoint Online within the Microsoft 365 environment
Design and implementation of modern information architectures for sites, hubs, document libraries, and permission structures
Development and enforcement of governance policies for content, access, lifecycles, and the use of SharePoint
Optimisation of collaboration between SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 services
Management of permissions, external sharing, and security policies according to the least-privilege principle
Implementation of automation solutions with Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform
Analysis and resolution of complex technical issues as well as ensuring stable platform operation
Planning and implementation of migrations, system adjustments, and new features within the Microsoft 365 landscape
Monitoring compliance requirements, retention policies, and information protection in collaboration with the responsible departments
Evaluation of new Microsoft features and continuous improvement of the digital work environment
Consulting internal stakeholders on architecture issues, permissions, and efficient platform use
Qualifications:
Several years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
Solid knowledge in SharePoint administration, site architecture, and permission management
Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and their interaction with SharePoint
Understanding of governance, compliance, data protection, and information security
Practical experience with Power Automate and ideally the Power Platform
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, or comparable security and compliance functions is an advantage
Ideally experience with PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, or Microsoft Graph for automating administrative tasks
Analytical, structured, and independent working style with a high standard of quality
