Responsibilities:
You record and update order data in the ERP and CRM system.
You support international customers and distributors with ongoing business.
You independently administer framework orders and recurring orders.
You organise shipping processes taking export requirements into account.
You obtain and coordinate information regarding delivery dates.
You handle complaints and RMA cases until completion.
You support sales teams with administrative tasks and projects.
You process quotations, correspondence and reminders according to specifications.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience in customer service, internal sales or order management.
Experience with international export processing is required.
Good user knowledge of MS Office and an ERP system.
Additional foreign language skills complement your profile.
You communicate clearly and present yourself professionally to customers.
A structured working method and resilience characterise you.
Very good German and good English for daily customer communication.
