Microsoft System Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Ensuring a high-performance Microsoft platform across cloud and on-premises components.
Further development of collaboration, identity, and virtualisation solutions for a modern digital workplace.
Identifying and resolving security risks as well as continuously improving system resilience.
Handling complex technical issues and sustainable root cause analysis in extended support.
Planning and implementing technical changes, upgrades, and independent project initiatives.
Qualifications:
Completed IT education at a higher professional level or an equivalent further education.
Practical knowledge in M365, Entra ID, and Active Directory; knowledge of Commvault, Hyper-V, or System Center is welcome.
Experience with scripting and automated operational processes, preferably with PowerShell.
Several years of experience in stability-critical IT environments as well as ideally relevant manufacturer certifications.
Responsible and team-oriented personality with a strong quality standard and willingness for on-call duty; very good German and good English.
