Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, both internally and in the hosting centre. This includes aspects such as servers, storage, network, telephony, clients, etc.
You take an active role in the introduction of new IT services, starting from the development of concepts and architectures to implementation in test and production environments.
As part of the team, you are responsible for incident and change management up to escalation to 2nd level support.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in the IT field and possess comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft environment (server and client) as well as virtualisation technologies (VMWare vCenter, Citrix).
Your ability to grasp things quickly, your independent and precise working style distinguish you.
You have negotiation-level proficiency in the German language.
