Electrical Project Manager M/F/D

Do you have a sense of responsibility, solid expertise in electricity, and project management holds no secrets for you? We are looking for one of our clients for a rigorous Electrical Project Manager to strengthen their teams.

Your playground:

• Overall project management: You lead electrical installation projects (tertiary, industrial or residential buildings) from A to Z, from the initial study to the handover of keys.

• Planning & Monitoring: You establish schedules, manage budgets, ensure cost compliance and control the profitability of your sites.

• Work supervision: You coordinate and supervise the work of the design office teams, assemblers and subcontractors on site.

• Partner relations: You are the main contact for clients, architects, engineers and authorities (compliance with NIBT / OIBT standards).

• Technical-commercial development: You participate in preparing quotes, responding to tenders and retaining customers in the Vaud region.

• Training: You hold a Federal VET Diploma as an electrician installer, ideally complemented by a Federal Certificate as a project manager, a technician ES diploma or an engineering degree in electrical engineering.

• Experience: You have several years of proven experience in electrical project management in Switzerland, with excellent knowledge of local standards (NIBT/OIBT).

• Skills: You master common IT tools as well as estimating and project management software.

• Personality: You possess excellent communication skills, natural leadership and a strong sense of initiative. You know how to manage stress and demonstrate flexibility in the face of unexpected site events.

• Mobility: You hold a valid driving licence.
