AI should not be viewed in isolation as a new technology topic but used where it creates concrete added value. Therefore, we are looking for a person who can classify technological developments, recognise business potentials and develop actionable initiatives from them. At the same time, a good sense for people, governance and the sustainable anchoring of changes is needed.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Future
You define the direction in which the use of AI and digital technologies should develop and translate this perspective into a concrete roadmap.
You monitor technological developments and derive relevant opportunities for the organisation.
You develop use cases for AI, M365 Copilot and automation together with the specialist departments.
From Potential to Implementation
You examine where processes can be made more efficient, of higher quality or more customer-oriented.
You accompany cross-departmental initiatives from the idea through implementation to sustainable anchoring.
You connect business requirements with technological possibilities and ensure comprehensible results.
Governance & Trust
You ensure a safe and responsible use of AI, taking into account data protection, ISO 27001 and regulatory requirements.
You collaborate with IT, data protection, compliance, information security, management and external partners.
You make opportunities, risks and progress understandable and transparent for relevant stakeholders.
People & Change
You promote a culture in which employees can learn about and use new digital possibilities sensibly.
You establish a power-user network and support the organisation in building AI and digital competencies.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience with digital transformation, AI, automation or comparable innovation initiatives.
You understand Microsoft 365, cloud, data and automation and can classify their possibilities in a business context.
You have experience in developing strategies and deriving concrete projects and roadmaps from them.
You have already managed cross-departmental projects and brought different interests together.
You move confidently between business, management and IT.
You bring a good understanding of governance, data protection and information security.
You convince with clear communication, strategic thinking and a high understanding of change processes.
You communicate fluently in German.
