Role:
Our client is a specialised Swiss software company that develops and implements business management software solutions for companies. With practical applications and individual consulting, it supports its customers in making business processes more efficient and digitalising administrative procedures.

Responsibilities:
You are an important point of contact for technical questions and take care of the handling of support cases at Level 1 and 2 – always with regard to the agreed service times.
By systematically analysing and carefully documenting the results, you create the basis for an efficient and comprehensible problem resolution.
Difficult or not immediately solvable cases are forwarded with complete documentation to the responsible specialists in 3rd-level support.
You ensure that enquiries are not left unresolved and accompany open cases until clarification, so that sustainable results instead of short-term makeshift solutions are achieved.
In addition to supporting other departments, you contribute your know-how to the team and help ensure that knowledge is shared and a customer-oriented support is guaranteed.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial or technical training forms your foundation.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, or payroll is helpful but not mandatory.
You like to take responsibility, organise your tasks carefully, and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
You communicate openly, reliably, and solution-oriented, stand by your decisions, and treat customers and team members with respect.
You have fluent written and spoken German.
