Role:
For an established Swiss technology company, we are looking for an experienced individual who independently manages the financial accounting and is responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Besides daily business, you will work closely with the finance team and financial management, prepare meaningful reports, and actively contribute to the development of processes and internal controls.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for financial accounting and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
You prepare VAT and tax returns and ensure their timely processing
You prepare reportings and analyses for financial management
You support audits, reconciliations, and inventories
You are the contact person for accounting, closing, and process questions and work closely with controlling and other finance departments
Qualifications:
You have a professional certificate in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification with solid professional experience
You bring several years of experience in financial accounting and financial statement preparation
You work confidently with ERP systems and have good knowledge of Microsoft 365; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
You think beyond your own area of responsibility and are happy to take on additional responsibility
You have very good German language skills
