Responsibilities:
- Support in the care and management of trust mandates
- Assistance in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
- Execution of accounting tasks and account reconciliations
- Communication with clients, authorities, and external partners
- Support in optimising processes and workflows
- General administrative tasks in the trust area
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training
- Initial professional experience in the trust sector is mandatory
- Good knowledge of accounting and tax law
- Confident use of trust software and MS Office (Abacus)
- Teamwork skills, reliability, and a structured way of working
- Fluent German language skills
