A TYPICAL DAY
As a L'Oréal Luxe Beauty Advisor, you will join a team passionate about beauty and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Within a dynamic environment, under the responsibility of the Counter Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with prestigious brands such as Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, Kiehl's, and our Luxury Designer Fragrances. You will enhance each client’s beauty through personalised consultations and recommendations on makeup, fragrances, and skincare. Your main duties will include:
- Mastering the fundamentals of brand product knowledge: you understand the benefits, uses and composition for skincare advice, makeup techniques and the fragrance universe.
- Developing the business through sales and services: As a brand ambassador, you will stimulate sales by proactively engaging customers, offering expert advice and seizing opportunities to present a wider range of products. You will use digital tools and your product expertise to create bespoke beauty experiences, build customer loyalty and develop lasting relationships. You will keep informed of the latest beauty trends and competitor activities to optimise sales strategies and ensure the brand’s market position is maintained.
- Ensuring a perfect level of excellence at the Counter: You will ensure the sales area faithfully reflects the brand image. This includes maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising, effective stock management and mastery of in-store systems and technologies. You will also handle customer requests and online orders professionally, embodying the brand’s values.

The ideal person is passionate about beauty and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You possess:
- Excellent communication skills: You know how to connect with customers, listen and build an authentic relationship.
- Beauty expertise: You master application techniques, product composition and beauty-related technological tools.
- Customer approach: You anticipate and respond to customer needs by offering personalised service.
- Brand embodiment: You embody the values of our brands: authenticity, expertise and naturalness.
- Team spirit: You contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Comprehensive professional training in cosmetics, preferably in retail.
- Comfortable in a digital environment and show interest in all new digital media.
- Good command of French. English is an asset.
