YOUR TASKS
- Management of construction, conversion, renovation and infrastructure projects across all project phases
- Representation of the client towards planners, contractors and authorities
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality
- Development of concepts for technical systems and building services engineering
- Ensuring uninterrupted hospital operations during construction and maintenance measures
- Coordination of internal stakeholders from medicine, nursing, technical and administrative departments
- Participation in the execution of tenders and awarding procedures
- Support in investment, budget and multi-year planning
- Involvement in energy, sustainability and safety projects
- Documentation and handover of completed projects to operations
YOUR PROFILE
- Basic training in main or secondary construction trades with further education as a structural draughtsperson, construction manager, technician HF or comparable qualification
- Experience in project management of construction and infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of building services engineering (HVAC, electrical, building automation) is an advantage
- Experience in healthcare or complex operational environments desirable
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Negotiation skills and confident appearance towards internal and external partners
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Good knowledge of common Office applications and ideally project management tools
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
