YOUR TASKS

• Management of construction, conversion, renovation and infrastructure projects across all project phases
• Representation of the client towards planners, contractors and authorities
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality
• Development of concepts for technical systems and building services engineering
• Ensuring uninterrupted hospital operations during construction and maintenance measures
• Coordination of internal stakeholders from medicine, nursing, technical and administrative departments
• Participation in the execution of tenders and awarding procedures
• Support in investment, budget and multi-year planning
• Involvement in energy, sustainability and safety projects
• Documentation and handover of completed projects to operations

YOUR PROFILE

• Basic training in main or secondary construction trades with further education as a structural draughtsperson, construction manager, technician HF or comparable qualification
• Experience in project management of construction and infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of building services engineering (HVAC, electrical, building automation) is an advantage
• Experience in healthcare or complex operational environments desirable
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Negotiation skills and confident appearance towards internal and external partners
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Good knowledge of common Office applications and ideally project management tools
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
