Compliance & Due Diligence Manager

To join our Compliance team, we are looking for a Compliance & Due Diligence Manager (M/F)

You are rigorous and responsible, with good communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams. You have a proactive attitude and are a source of proposals.

Your Impact:

• Compile, update and monitor business relationship files according to our due diligence process (including risk analysis)
• Draft and develop internal policies and procedures related to compliance, responsible sourcing and supply chain due diligence
• Prepare and coordinate certification and compliance audits within the scope of compliance (notably AML, LBMA, RJC and client audits excluding quality audits) and ensure follow-up on findings
• Plan, conduct and document audits at the sites of our precious metal suppliers (ASM mines, collectors, recyclers), clients and other partners
• Prepare and present to the Sourcing Committee the files for business relationship initiation, periodic review and enhanced due diligence, accompanied by a risk analysis and reasoned recommendations
• Raise awareness and train employees on topics related to AML and compliance
• Supervise a compliance coordinator and collaborate closely with the group’s Legal department

You make a difference if:

• You hold a higher education degree in law and/or economics or a related field
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in compliance / AML, ideally in precious metals, commodity trading or the financial sector
• You have proven experience in field audits across several continents and on-site due diligence with suppliers, including conducting interviews and reporting findings
• You have demonstrated experience and skills in identifying and assessing risks related to anti-money laundering, environmental, social and human rights issues, ideally in the mining, precious metals, recycling or commodity sectors
• You are a native French speaker with excellent oral and written English skills
• You are available for regular international travel, including to high-risk jurisdictions
