Customer Service & Export Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Independent support of English-speaking customers and market areas by phone and email
Identification of suitable spare parts and materials based on technical documents and in the ERP system
Coordination of order processing, including shipping, export documentation, and deadline monitoring
Ensuring smooth international logistics while considering relevant foreign trade regulations
Preparation and follow-up of offers for spare parts and retrofits
Handling the entire business process from order to invoicing and dunning
Processing customer complaints, returns, and credit notes
Supporting the customer care team in marketing retrofit solutions
Qualifications:
Technical basic training with commercial experience or commercial apprenticeship with strong technical affinity
Experience in customer support, order processing, or technical internal service is an advantage
Confident handling of technical drawings and plans
Good ERP system and MS Office skills
Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment in communicating with international contacts
Even in demanding situations, you convince through organisational talent, independence, and solution orientation
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
