CFC Polymechanic - Industrial Assembly

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of products according to established manufacturing procedures.
• Carry out welding and bonding operations with precision.
• Check the conformity of components before their integration into sub-assemblies.
• Conduct visual and functional inspections at various stages of production.
• Use computer equipment and test benches to verify product conformity.
• Identify, document, and report anomalies or quality non-conformities.
• Adhere to quality standards, manufacturing deadlines, and productivity targets.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of production processes.
• Maintain a clean, organised workstation in accordance with 5S principles.
• Ensure progressive versatility across different positions on the assembly line according to production needs.

Candidate Profile

• CFC in polymechanics or equivalent training.
• Significant experience of at least 5 years in mechanics, microtechnology, or industrial assembly.
• Excellent manual dexterity and a taste for meticulous work.
• Ability to perform operations requiring rigour and precision.
• Strong sense of quality and pride in work well done.
• Compliance with manufacturing procedures and instructions.
• Aptitude to maintain a good production pace while ensuring quality.
• Excellent concentration skills and high reliability.
• Good interpersonal skills and proactive communication.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic production environment.
