Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

- Carrying out the monthly payroll for all employees
- Backup for the monthly payroll for legal entities
- Year-end tasks such as insurance declarations, payrolls, legal requirements, etc.;
- Handling all tax enquiries / withholding tax enquiries;
- Reporting to the finance department, monthly reconciliation of payroll accounts;
- Ensuring data quality and conducting data checks for payroll;
- Supporting HR specialists and HR stakeholders with all payroll questions and ad-hoc requests
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training as well as further training in HR or social insurance
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
- Fluent German and English skills
- MS Office and ABACUS knowledge
