Role:
Would you like to apply your commercial experience in a varied position? In this role, you combine customer service, order processing, and service coordination. You support various departments and ensure that daily operations run efficiently and customer-oriented.
Responsibilities:
You process customer orders from entry to completion and assist with international orders.
You organise service and workshop appointments and coordinate the corresponding deployments.
You support customers by phone and in person and competently respond to their concerns.
You assist the field service with administrative and organisational tasks.
You ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ), for example in trade or industry, or a comparable qualification.
You bring professional experience in customer service or internal sales.
You have good user knowledge of MS Office.
You convince with organisational talent, communication skills, teamwork, initiative, as well as an independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style.
English and/or French skills are an advantage.
