Project Manager in Road Infrastructure

Agap2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group founded in 2005, specialising in industry. We work in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, watchmaking, and precision mechanics sectors.

As a consultant, you will be called upon to support our clients in the realisation of their on-site projects by bringing your expertise and skills. You are agile and eager to adapt to different working environments that will fuel your curiosity to see what lies behind the closed doors of the largest projects in our clients’ portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Lead small to medium-sized road construction projects, supported by experienced project managers.
• Support the management of more demanding projects concerning municipal, cantonal, or national roads.
• Take charge of planning tasks in the various phases of the project.
• Develop technical solutions in coordination with specialists in civil engineering structures, operational and safety equipment, the environment, and other fields.
• Depending on your interests and skills, also take on site management activities.

Profile sought:

• Civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• About 10 years of experience in civil engineering and road infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of road projects and their various phases.
• Experience in the Swiss market appreciated, particularly local practices and requirements.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with specialists from different disciplines.
• Organised, pragmatic, and committed individual, wishing to contribute to varied projects and develop their skills.
