SAFe Agile Coach / Lean-Agile Transformation Lead
We are looking for an experienced SAFe Agile Coach to lead and accelerate a large-scale Lean-Agile transformation across business and IT teams. In this role, you will act as a change leader, coach, and facilitator, helping the organization adopt SAFe practices and an agile mindset at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- SAFe Implementation: Design and execute the SAFe implementation roadmap, including ART launches, PI Planning events, and Lean Portfolio Management practices.
- Business Engagement: Lead business teams through the transformation journey, fostering strong collaboration with IT and breaking down organizational silos.
- Coaching & Enablement: Coach executives, senior leaders, managers, and teams on SAFe principles, roles, and ceremonies. Build and nurture communities of practice to ensure sustainable adoption.
- Governance & Tools: Support the configuration and adoption of the PPM tool Triskell, ensuring portfolio transparency, prioritization, and capacity planning.
- Change Leadership: Act as a transformation catalyst by driving agile cultural change, addressing resistance, and embedding Lean-Agile ways of working across business units.
- Innovation & Sustainability: Promote the integration of AI-driven agile artefacts and embed sustainability (CSR / Green IT) principles into delivery and governance practices.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a SAFe Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or Lean-Agile transformation lead
- Strong ability to work with executive leadership and business stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, and enterprise agile transformations
- Familiarity with PPM tools, ideally Triskell
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and change management skills
- A pragmatic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable delivery
