Design, plan and technically implement IT infrastructures together with customers - independently as well as in a team
Operate and further develop on-premises and cloud environments and implement suitable solutions for different customer requirements
Serve as the central technical contact person for customers, analyse requirements and develop sustainable solutions together with internal specialists
Advise customers on the further development of their IT infrastructure, identify optimisation potentials and initiate new projects and technological solutions
Shape the technological advancement of the IT portfolio together with the team, evaluate new technologies and continuously improve existing solutions
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (EFZ), higher vocational/technical education or degree in computer science as well as solid practical professional experience
Very good knowledge of Microsoft client and server technologies as well as Microsoft 365 and their practical implementation in corporate environments
Experience in the administration and further development of virtualised server environments, especially with VMware
High willingness to learn and interest in new technologies; readiness to continuously deepen knowledge and actively share experiences within the team
Strong IT affinity, solution-oriented and structured working style as well as enjoyment in developing technically clean and sustainable solutions
