Our client manages demanding properties in the Basel metropolitan area and offers a modern working environment with exciting and varied projects.

Your main tasks

• Operation & Maintenance: You are responsible for the professional maintenance, inspection and repair of complex ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems on site in Basel and the surrounding area.

• Fault analysis & resolution: You are responsible for systematic troubleshooting and rapid rectification of operational faults.

• Building automation (MSRL): Monitoring, adjustment and optimisation of HVAC systems via a modern building management system (BMS) to ensure energy efficiency.

• Conversion & commissioning: Active participation in modernisations, retrofits and balancing of existing ventilation systems.

• Coordination: You are the competent contact person for customers, tenants and authorities and accompany external specialist companies during their assignments.

• On-call service: Rotational assumption of on-call duties (with attractive compensation).

What you bring

• Training: Successfully completed vocational training (EFZ) in the HVAC field (e.g. ventilation system builder, refrigeration system fitter, building technology planner ventilation or heating installer with appropriate further training).

• Professional experience: Several years of practice in commissioning, maintenance and repair of room air technology systems (RLT) and air conditioning systems.

• Technical expertise: Profound understanding of measurement, control and regulation technology (MSRL) as well as affinity for building management systems.

• Languages & mobility: Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as a valid category B driving licence (mandatory).

• Personality: You are an independent, customer-oriented person residing in the Basel / Northwestern Switzerland region (important for short intervention times in on-call cases).
