Your tasks

• Strategic transformation and realignment of the existing portfolio to ensure future viability in a dynamic market environment
• Design and launch of new insurance solutions to complete the all-industry strategy and position Visana as a holistic solution provider
• Anticipation of market trends and implementation of a consistent customer-centric strategy to create distinctive customer experiences
• Initiation of data-driven development processes through the preparation of business cases, potential analyses, and strategic recommendations
• Design and continuous development of modular products, in transversal collaboration with sales, marketing, actuarial, service providers, and partners
• Strategic planning of measures for market development as well as representation of product interests in internal and external expert committees
• Development of forward-looking training concepts and product training to optimally prepare sales for advising on new, complex products

Your profile

• You convince with extensive experience in product management in the insurance sector
• You have completed a business administration education and bring insurance-specific training and further education (e.g. CAS in Product Management)
• Experience in leading projects or subprojects, a confident and assured presence also before committees and stakeholders
• Strong skills in conception, networked thinking, action- and solution-orientation complemented by the will to make a difference
• Very good communication skills and assertiveness are indispensable
• Digitalisation and genAI are not buzzwords and require a certain technical understanding
• Knowledge of the insurance market and trends complete your profile
