Software Project & Account Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You take holistic care of several existing customers and ensure the smooth operation and further development of their software solutions.
As a central interface, you coordinate customer concerns, changes, and escalations and bring together the relevant internal and external parties.
You manage further developments and change projects, prioritise requirements, and ensure realistic and transparent planning.
Thanks to your technical background, you can professionally classify requirements and solution approaches and work effectively with development teams.
Additionally, you take responsibility for individual new projects as needed and lead them to a structured conclusion.
Qualifications:
You originally worked in software development yourself and have subsequently led and managed software projects, customer mandates, or applications for several years.
You have a strong technical understanding and can clearly communicate complex matters to customers and internal stakeholders.
You have experience managing multiple projects, customers, and priorities simultaneously and maintaining an overview even in demanding situations.
You work reliably, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and have a good sense of risks, dependencies, and realistic project planning.
You communicate very well in German and English; additional French or Italian skills are an advantage.
